What’s your plans?

Another year has passed and another year has come which usually means either starting something new or putting an end to something old. So what are you going to do?

This article will give some simple tips for 2020:

Leaving the old:

When we decide to make change, it’s good to remember why we decided to make that change in first place; this helps us become more resolute.

Stress – As stress levels increase old habits will tend to creep in, remember this!

Be aware of your triggers –  knowing what causes us to go back to old ways is the first step in conquering them.

Changing our environment – sometimes give us the fresh opportunity of a clean slate.

Starting a new:

Be accountable – having a consequence will make us more determined continue and less likely to go backwards.

Swap – A way to start is begin to simple swaps be that in the choices we make be that lifestyle, routine or approach.

Preparation – allows us to consider what steps we will put in place and what obstacles may come our way

Keep going – Remember we are unperfect so we will make mistakes. We just need to remind ourselves not to dwell on them too long and don’t give up on making the changes!


So whether you want to start something or end something keep at it and enjoy 2020!
