I can’t thank Theo enough for my treatment. I went in really struggling with sciatica and not being able to walk far without being in excruciating pain.
After the treatment it was easier, but the following day after warming up and starting a 5k walk very early into the first mile the pain had disappeared and the rest of the walk was pain free.

Always late for my appointment, then the one time I was late, he couldn’t see me for the rest of my appointment time as he had another appointment he said. Doesn’t reply to messages or takes days sometimes weeks to respond to requests for booking. Didn’t help at all. Go elsewhere

I am visiting the UK and hurt my back. I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday and Theo really relieved the pain so I could continue with my activities. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. My back pain was hugely improved and I even got some exercises to do to continue the healing. If I lived in England I would go back for follow-up treatments!

Theo has been absolutely brilliant. I went for a check up as I was preparing a half marathon and Theo quickly spotted where the problematic muscle was. After an hour of work and 2 days off running my leg was sorted and the pain was gone. Would absolutely recommend. Excellent value for money!

I am genuinely impressed with the set of skills used by Theo. He is very experienced and he helps me a lot with the chronic back pain i have been having for an awfully long time. No therapist had been able to help me a much as he does. He is also really generous with the allocated time.
